    As a Police Officer, you’ll be required to undertake a minimum of 2-4 years of general duties policing working at police stations, where you’ll learn the foundation skills for your career. General Duties shifts are 8 hours in length and can be day, afternoon or night shifts.

    Over the next few years, Victoria Police will continue to employ Police Custody Officers to work across 22 locations in Victoria. As a PCO, you will support Police Officers to supervise persons in custody and be a valued and appreciated member of your local Police team.
